Sundays
1:00-2:00pm: Collegiate Shag 1
2:00-3:00pm: Balboa 1
3:00-4:00pm: Balboa 2A/2B/2C/2D
4:00-5:00pm: Lindy Hop 2A/2B/2C/2D
Fridays
6:30-7:30pm: Lindy Hop 1
7:30-8:30pm: Intro to Swing
8:30-9:00pm: Absolute Beginner Drop-in Lesson before the dance

Balboa
Balboa is an elegant, close-embrace style of swing originating in the socially and ethnically diverse Southern California dance communities during the 1920s and 1930s, known for its intricate footwork, dynamic flow, and graceful, understated movements.
Lindy Hop
Lindy Hop is an energetic, improvisational swing dance that emerged in Harlem in the 1920s and 1930s, blending jazz, tap, and breakaway moves, and danced to a wide range of tempos, from slow, soulful tunes to fast, high-energy big band music.
Collegiate Shag
Collegiate Shag is a playful swing dance originating in the Carolinas during the 1920s and 1930s, characterized by its buoyant energy and fast footwork, expressing rhythms through kicks and turns, and perfect for dancing to fast tempos.
